Trustees and Higher management approach is positive. HR policies are considerate.

Job security - Good
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Academic Process, Internal Communication and student development operations are unorganized. No proper way of appraisal. Scope for growth is narrow. People are lazy and narrow-minded, every day somebody makes a nuisance and tries to avoid work.
