There is nothing to like about. There is no job security and can ask you to leave within a hour by just making a group over Skype. They don't have valid reason for even doing so. The pressure is always on developers and not the sales and other teams who are just chilling and are not able to convert any leads.

Dislikes

The worst policies and HR team who never listens and does not understand your situations. They can ask you to leave over pitty issues. They ask you to resign so that things don't come upon them saying that there is performance issue but the reality is projects are not there. You can't even have a word with the person sitting beside as they come to your desk and ask you that it is indiscipline and actions can be taken over you. There is always a tracker which tracks your activities and as well as your location....Read More
