MD & CEO Mr Kuldip Maity is a very enthusiastic and excellent human being. Initially, the work culture is excellent and career opportunities are also very good for mid-level employees. Dislikes

There is a demonstrable lack of familiarity with the core aspects of the department's sector for some newly joined HODs. They also have shown little to no interest in acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively lead the departments. Engaging in gossip creates a negative and unprofessional work environment. They are creating a hostile work environment through negativity and putting down good employees which leads to decreased morale and ultimately employee turnover....Read More
