The flexibility of the company is good. If you are in a good team then you will be able to learn new things.

Dislikes

The company lacks a proper finance team, making it difficult to resolve financial issues in a timely manner. There is also no dedicated HR to assist with required docs, and getting signed or stamped paperwork is a lengthy and frustrating process. Additionally, there is a clear bias between teams regarding salaries - one team is toldthere is no budget for raises, while another receives generous appraisals. His usual statement is like "I have created this team and if needed then i can again create the whole team from scratch". No respect for the team.
