In this organization I got to know that there is no personal life or time left. No proper working hours / time, sometimes you need to work on weekends and many many hours of everyday without any leave ( Whether it's an emergency or anything else you won't get any leave) but they only claim of giving 2 days Casula leaves. Targets anddaily work routine changes all sudden. You've to attain google meet by 8 in the morning everyday. Very pathetic work culture sometimes I feel like a slave working under brishters 🙄, with no Eithcal value or so. If you're a Muslim employee then you need to forget Eid holiday because they don't give any holidays related to muslims. Even 15 Aug 26 jan and 2 oct you've to work....Read More
