The only good thing about the organisation is it's product range that the R&D and Production team has come up with. Tyres are high performance and technically sound that can compete with world class brands.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture at its core. Exports Head is an immature guy with non relevant experience who wants to drive the business as he is pleased. The management has no clue about Exports as rosy picture has been painted by few people. There is no employee value in the organisation. Employees are treated like shit & humiliated day and night. There is no actual path to achieve the business plan except the stick. Worst organisation to work with....Read More
