I really appreciate the work culture at TTEC Digital. The environment is collaborative and supportive, which makes it easy to connect with colleagues and share ideas. And the benefits offered are fantastic and demonstrate the company's commitment to employee well-being.

Dislikes

One thing I dislike about working at TTEC Digital is the lack of job security. Even though the benefits are good, employees want to feel secure in their jobs. I've observed that opportunities for advancement often seem to favor those who have closer ties with management.
