No role clarity , managers are used as dustbins there is no life only work people are supposed to work on Saturday and sundays people will still ping you and expect you 24x7 with no clarity. Anything can become a priority. Promotions are clearly based on favouritism. The program managers are busy keeping even schedule of your bathroom breaks !!!! You are expected to respond every given time . People are scared to put “Available” status on teams as that is interpreted as being FREE. You are made to do jobs for which don't have any skill and then questioned every-time you fail . No learning. curve. Its plain harassment to work . Posers are celebrated. Its my sincere request please dont join this organisation. Its a TRAP!!!!!!!! . My whole team is repenting why did we join here....Read More
