There protocalls(policy of FATAL) they want you have to attend 500-600 calls a day need 3 hours minimum talk time in day. Then gave you only 1:30 hours break which is very less. And partiality happens regarding extra CRM excess for few persons. If customer asked for Refund due to Customer support team behavior they will minus in your next month target. And incentives also less

Bootlicker of Founders, Founding Members, Management. yahi toh khasiyat hai is company ki, agar Chatoge nahi toh paoge kaise. If you want experience in Bootlicker or chatu giri then you must join the company

Dislikes

Management, Founders, Founding members, there working culture. Lots of inside Politics. Appraisals are weak even if you do good work, but they will not see, they are blind on that, yeah but if you are bootlicker or Chatya of some founding member or founder, then your appraisals are confirmed with good %.
