The people are good and the management policies of managing WFH for employees seemed fair enough in my team

Dislikes

There's no training provided and a lot of office politics goes against you. There claim of being a "Great Place to Work" seems bought off and the managers are worst, will never support or encourage juniors to do well, instead pull them down in front of the Directors. Very poorly they remove people from the team on the grounds of "misalignment or whatever". Have seen people being laid off for no apparent reasons. Everything works acc to their own whims. The founders are all fake and act to be into "spirituality" but instead like putting down 22-23 year olds....Read More

Previously it was a good company but now they lack good project and micro management is taking place in the company.

Dislikes

Compensations/benefits are not competitive anymore. Management is getting worse. Moving away from WFH. Poor appraisal policy. They expect you to do non-work related task and do not consider them during appraisal but take note of not doing them. Company politics.
