On the work life balance front, Exela exceeds expectations and I'm sure lot of the former and current employees would agree to this. Same with job security and Exela has proved it during the last two years. The number of people working here for 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 years across countries are huge and this proves Exela's culture andcommitment towards it people. Dislikes

Earlier on, we were lacking (it was there but not at the current levels) on the learning and development front but this has been taken care of. During the pandemic, a lot of webinars on health and safety was arranged and it continues till date. Look :) in the dislike section too, I've pointed out some important positive changes the organisation has brought about.

Excellent work life balance as I've mentioned at the very beginning.
