Nothing at all. Only few employees are there who is nice. And 1 manager who have shown some humanity and concern when needed.

Dislikes

Everything Managers working there except 1 manager who have some humanity and shown concerns when few employees were terminated or laid off. They have put my confirmation on hold so they can immediately take actions on lay offs and we can't even take stand or use laws. They have put my confirmation on hold for 2 months and then told us this is your last day... company is downsizing. There is no incentives plans. They do not keep their words. No proper offer letter format. No appointment letters they provide No salary increment after completion of probation. Work Details

Work policy: All days work from office only. In some cases if required we can do qork from home.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I just had good friends.

Dislikes

Job security is not there and there is no appraisal cycle. Whenever there is no need for employees to work they are just fired on the spot by giving just nonsense reasons. I would not just recommend any of the people to work here.
