During my one year tenure at thiscompany, after I submitted my resignation, they began communicating with me inappropriately. They also exerted pressure to arrive early and leave late. Subsequently, due to circumstances, I had to leave the company without serving the notice period. Following this, they failed to pay me one month's salary.
