Very poor management, to much work load on medical officer. 1 medical officer handling 20pt.,they are not considered about the quality of the work done by experience medical officer. Inspite of handling 20indoor pt. Growth of salary is very poor.

Dislikes

Nursing care is very poor, hospital is not providing enough salary to experience nursing staff, new nursing staff appointed they doesn't have simple knowledge about the viggo insertion. Post op care of surgical pt
