Doctors, consultants are excellent.but management has been very poor. No any facilities, management for the senior medical officers & nursing staff even pt care is very poor . Servants services are very poor.

Servants services are very poor. No any respect for senior medical officers salary is not satisfied for senior m.o inspite of good experience.

Likes

It is one of those healthcare sectors which have a wide set up and are still in process of adapting latest technologies. People who believe in bringing about a change can consider it as a great challenge. Experience wise it is worth to be with this organisation because it has its roots still in manual set ups. Fine and minute detailing helps u be better at all your tasks and helps u move towards becoming a perfectionist. For me it is worth being a part of this organisation because there's a lot I learnt and much more still to go.

Dislikes

1. The speed! Innovation and adaption should be at a faster pace. 2. Management (policies): Certain sectors need to upgrade management systems. 3. Overtime money is received after a month and a half and salaries are delayed by 2 weeks at times.

It is a charitable trust based hospital. hardly interfered in professional matter.

Dislikes

No respect for loyalty. No respect for technical skill. you become victim amongst rivalries between groups. no technical or ancillary support.
