Doctors, consultants are excellent.but management has been very poor. No any facilities, management for the senior medical officers & nursing staff even pt care is very poor . Servants services are very poor.

Servants services are very poor. No any respect for senior medical officers salary is not satisfied for senior m.o inspite of good experience.

It is one of those healthcare sectors which have a wide set up and are still in process of adapting latest technologies. 1. The speed! Innovation and adaption should be at a faster pace. 2. Management (policies): Certain sectors need to upgrade management systems. 3. Overtime money is received after a month and a half and salaries are delayed by 2 weeks at times.

My task is totally challenging since I have to look after all the administrative as well as purchase aspects of the pharmacy. Due to admissions and resignations taking place at the same time, training each and every new individual becomes a task.

It is a charitable trust based hospital. hardly interfered in professional matter.

Dislikes

No respect for loyalty. No respect for technical skill. you become victim amongst rivalries between groups. no technical or ancillary support.

Of my own i did many milestones breakthrough surgery in field of cardiac surgery without almost negligible hospital support. no any of above mention facility either available.
