I interviewed for the video editor role for branding. I was made to do a daily new feature video as an assignment even though it was for a different team. After submitting it, they said they don't need me daily they want me in the brand and gave a big project as my assignment which really took a lot of effort and time. A week later they set me up for the final interview with the founder who was interviewing me for the daily videos and hadn't seen the brand video on which I put tons of effort. The worst part is the brand head, is so ignorant that he himself hasn't checked my assignment. The process was a joke. * The HR took literally weeks to communicate and ghosted in the end. * I have friends in this company and they all say how bad the management is here. I was told even video editors are expected to write quality scripts in the name of growth.

Work life balance and culture of the company that is to be appreciated. Employees are friendly and you can always pitch your ideas.
