Less compensation and senior folks are underpaid for their experience Experience is considered liability, failed to retain talents/bring talents, no lateral hiring Poor job security Some 'tech' managers are incompetent Indian management has no vision for growing bussiness in india Not an employee oriented company and no open culture in office Employee surveys are useless
