except for the Finance department, All other managers in this company are good

Dislikes

Job security in this company is nonexistent. Hardworking employees can be terminated for illogical reasons, while non-contributors are regarded as "superstars." Those who contribute significantly are undervalued. There are no overtime benefits instead, managers simply assign more work. The manager's superior does not verify her claims and trusts her blindly, resulting in poor decision-making.
