The company as a whole is good. The work culture as very new company in the world of education has not yet been diluted. I'm not too sure about what happens in the office, down in Bangalore but the work culture which I see on the field is satisfactory. The initiatives taken by the company to incentivise and appreciate the employees,both by recognition and incentives are really commendable. Other than that please don't expect job security as it always has been a one way game. So, if your boss says that you are not good then it always stays true and there is no way you can prove it the other way round. It never happens....Read More

Dislikes

The company though has earned a good reputation in hiring, but it also has parted with a lot of employees. This has nothing to do with the work culture in the office, or how many sessions they do about employee wellbeing over conference calls. The higher management or the founders are blind about what the ground reality is. No matter how much salaries and incentives you give to the employees, if the middle management becomes the deciding factor, they should be verified thoroughly first, before even hiring. This one rotten apple will effect the whole basket where he will reap all the benefits playing the blame game on to the subordinates (which he has done time and again and will keep doing), keep one person as his favourite who he can portray as and when required (as that subordinate has been with him in whichever company he went to), and keep playing till there is no one is left to fire in the old batch. By that time he has already done his tenure in the company, not to effect his resume and also has drained the company of its money. He can happily move on to the next. I can safely say that this company can be better if instead of spending millions on advertisements, can spend on actual ground verification of that employee, under whom the careers of a lot of other employees depend....Read More

Work Details

I looked after the sales of the company in North Kolkata, Howrah, Hoogli etc. As a sales person, my job is to approach schools and explain my product and ask out for a demo date to finally convince the client and make the sale happen.
