I've been with the company for 2.5 years, during which I've experienced significant growth and gained invaluable exposure. Dislikes

To further improve the working experience, I believe there should be a revision of the leave balance criteria, specially increasing the number of the casual leaves (CL) & Sick Leaves (SL). This adjustment would contribute to a smoother and more balanced work environment.

As the National Product Manager for Juniper at Targus Technologies, my experience has been incredibly enriching. Over the course of my time here, I have had the opportunity to manage a diverse product portfolio, develop strategic pricing initiatives, and lead successful Go-to-Market campaigns. The role has sharpened my skills in product lifecycle management and deepened my understanding of market dynamics.
