No micro management. Management have full support when you show them the hunger and eagerness to be successful in Recruitment.

Dislikes

No much employee engagement (down side of being remote employee I think) and not always very effective and clear communications for internal processes.

Work Details

Work policy: Its work onsite for some employees and for some its completely remote

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
