Dislikes

The ongoing ordeal of not receiving my salary from the employer has plunged me into financial distress. This dire situation is only compounded by the toxic work culture prevalent within the company. Fear and a lack of transparency permeate the workplace environment, creating a hostile atmosphere for employees. Saturdays, which are advertised as opportunities for relaxation and team-building activities, instead translate into grueling work hours with no respite. The complete disregard for work-life balance is evident, and the arbitrary decision-making only exacerbates the situation. There's nothing good about this company, only benefit is they allow WFH option.

Dislikes

The persistent issue of salary non-payment by the employer has placed me in a precarious financial situation. This ongoing struggle is exacerbated by the toxic work culture in the company. Fear & a lack of transparency pervade the workplace, creating an inhospitable environment to work. Saturdays, which are meant to have leisure activities are converted to exhaustive work hours with minimal breaks. The disregard for work life balance is evident and the arbitrary decision making only serves to worsen the situation.
