They are offering only 12000 as starting salary and asked you to sign a bond of 3 years and said will increment every year on basis of your performance, No mater how hard you work they will increase only a little amount. No job security they will fire you at anytime but you can not resign if you want to resign they ask you to pay 2 lakhs rs as penalty no promotion no skill development no company culture and some times they asks you to work on Saturdays and Sundays also...Read More
