Work-life is good, But will not be same in future

Dislikes

Too many management people for such small organization. Work is not on good scale, so learning growth will be slow and not impactful work. Higherups have no clear goal. Many key developers are venders. Silent layoffs.

I loved working as a part of product management function with birght set of people. Our leadership was very cooperative and open in product management.

Dislikes

Management is not focused and committed toward SVAAS vertical. There core strength lies in Pharma sector. They don't understand digital services which require different DNA and outlook. SVAAS wellness is also constrained by lot of legal oversights since it is a 100% subsidiary of Dr.Redddy's laboraotores. Therefore, any initiatives in SVAAS wellness takes hell lot of time to move since it requires legal & regualtory compliance from Dr.Reddy's laboratories....Read More
