Pros- The directors are immensely passionate about architecture, hence they really have a great quality level of work. Many projects so quantam of work is not a problem it's an opportunity.

Skill development - Excellent
Promotions - Good

Dislikes

Cons- mobile phones are not allowed which messes up your personal life. No internet connection on computers. Some weird policies like this. Paid holidays are less. You will need to work constantly under pressure. Work culture isn't so great. So be sure if you want good work or work culture.
