Likes

The mid-senior level creatives are helpful and extremely approachable. They're reliable and kind.

Dislikes

It's a family run business, so they're not very professional. They refuse to take the most grave concerns like women's safety seriously because the general sentiment here is sexist and disgustingly backward. There is rampant pay disparity as well as concessions for different employees. The work doesn't provide much of a learning curve, and there aren't many opportunities for growth within the company. There was a lot of learning but only if the manager likes you. Otherwise you are on your own

The CEO (the elder brother) has a bad attitude and plays a bad cop role. He is that boss who's gonna take up other work's issue and anger on you at any given point. He will be sweet on ur first day and then gonna show up his real colour. He wants us to work as hard as robots and will pay us peanut size.
