The CMD has now aged and no longer has control over the organisation.. And one senior person is engaging in unethical practices.. This situation appears to be beyond the control of even the CMD HR head is solely focused on pleasing the operation director, neglecting their core responsibilities. They are hiring loaders to load the material properly onto trailer in Project Manger role. There is no future in their Project Management Department.. It's like dream come true for me when I selected for SISCOL. In terms of safety all are very much serious about Employee's health. Being here when we giving a proposal for any safety development or implementation our superiors come forward and make the thing happened. All co-workers are very supportive and friendly feels like our second home.
