Management appoints candidate and uses their experience for couple of months expects that they should start delivering results on day one, without they themselves knowing what they want. They don't want to understand the issues for delay such as non cooperation from staffs and no proper data available to work on. No automation all manual work. There is no background informed on the subject matter. Staffs are fully non cooperative Management & Statutory Auditor harrasses candidate on petty things. Management & heads expects daily reporting.
