Nothing to like. Not at all a good place to work. No process flows set. Most of the work is done manually in today's digital world, they are still using Excel to monitor and track, which is too troublesome.

No process flow for work. No specific roles are assigned. Every day, new roles are assigned as the management is unclear about what they want. The person who does the work is forced to do more work of other departments too. Expect calls any random time from management, even almost around 2-3am in the night time is considered normal. If you fail to answer the call at any time, you will get a terrible firing.

The company provide supportive and collaborative work environment where employees are encouraged to innovate and take ownership. The leadership team is transparent and approachable and genuinely care about employees.

Management appoints candidate and uses their experience for couple of months expects that they should start delivering results on day one, without they themselves knowing what they want. They don't want to understand the issues for delay such as non cooperation from staffs and no proper data available to work on. No automation all manual work. There is no background informed on the subject matter. Staffs are fully non cooperative Management & Statutory Auditor harrasses candidate on petty things. Management & heads expects daily reporting. My Suggestion think before you join. Don't fall prey to offer it will cost your career when you loose your job in couple of months.
