Training only 1 time.. poor people management.. no proper plan for new joinee training.. peoples are frustrated as they are willing to learn but no one interested in teaching.. no development in people's. Very bad appraisals.. everyone is doing wfh and relaxing expecting new joinee to learn critical n vast process on their own within 2 months.. also forced to work on weekends even after investing 13 14 hrs daily...Read More

Currently they are following hybrid culture which is very flexible and hence it is less stressful to travel.

Dislikes

The pay scale seems to be less than the industry standard especially for managerial position.
