Giving above ratings based on my experience with my TL. You'll learn many things about Real estate, if you want to build a career in real estate this is the best company

Dislikes

No work life balance, great leaders but they don't understand personal matters of employees, recently the CEO had implemented new rules regarding week offs on Monday and Tuesday, but leaders ask you to come on week off, this working is without salary
