Poor Hr management Policies You have to sign a Service bond of 3 years. And if they send you forgien for work then again Bond for that with 5 lakh breach money No sick leaves , only CL AND EL Everything will be deducted from your negotiated CTC which in hand comes to very low as Bonus and LTA( Later different policy for their withdrawal too) You have to work In Shift with Long hours shift timings....Read More
