Management is very bad. They target employees. Intorelable Work pressure. Weekend working and double shift are mandatory. Need to work on holidays too.

There is no proper management, in evry 2 to 3 months ur lead will be changed. There is no HR department. Haven't seen HR in my 2 years tenure.
