While it was just a month that I have joined and was still getting On-Job-Trainings, I was being questioned for not delivering the results in a commanding approach and that reflects the work ethics and culture of the group in Simeio Solutions. It was good 2 yrs back till the management changed . culture , transparency, job security, openness to feedback with no personal vengeance

Dislikes

Now after the new management, all ex IBM, toxic culture, manipulation to the highest extent, personal vengeance on recieving feedback, nonjob security, u can be fired anytime with 30 mins notice only to satisfy a leaders ego.
