Teammates are supportive and all depends on the relation how much you build.

Dislikes

Before joining, management ready for everything but after that company management start internal politics and they do everything for their benifits. Now this company acquired by Persistent Systems Limited but in Noida office all management from Shree Infosoft pvt. Ltd. Now the management have more powerful. Now some are promoted as a Technical Project Manager but they are not technically qualified but they show how much they are technical.
