there is no job security, even if you give your 100% you are not going to get any kind of appreciation. If you ask for increment in the salary, you will be asked for increasing the target first or else you are not going to get any kind of appraisal.

The manager and colleagues were really nice. Everything apart from that was bizzare

The company owner asked a lot of the employees to just leave the job one day. So, clearly no job security!

Quality of work is definitely not what they need. So, the job became just for the numbers, where quality of content held no place
