The work life balance is good. Manager and other seniors approve leave without asking question. This is considered as green flag.

Dislikes

If you join as a senior at Infor then its good. But for freshers the promotions are very slow. It will take more than 3 years to become Consultant from Associate Consultant (that also depends on manager) The company mostly work in internal tools (because its product based company), because of this most of your skills will be in the internal tools only.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
