This company is not capable to like Working style is not performing by system corporate office is very very poor no any person knowledge of corporate company

This company i.e shop no any system of this retail shop Not beneficial to employees regarding amenities to employees zero and also new employees value is zero

No job security. I worked there for 3months only. Within that period they complained abt my performance issue and fired me nd asked me resign and leave very next day ..Actually they adjusted that post with their relative of mkt experience person. Now u can understand why they fired me. I left company on 10th of Oct21 . But they they not done my salary settlement. Today is 23rd of oct21

Dislikes

Worst company I have ever seen . All are chamachas of owners. Uncle and aunties managing man power. No facility other that two tea in office hrs.

Work Details

Worst .felts bad. because this company I left pune and shifted to Nagpur with my family

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
