No job security. I worked there for 3months only. Within that period they complained abt my performance issue and fired me nd asked me resign and leave very next day ..Actually they adjusted that post with their relative of mkt experience person. Now u can understand why they fired me. I left company on 10th of Oct21 . But they they not done my salary settlement. Today is 23rd of oct21

Worst company I have ever seen . All are chamachas of owners. Uncle and aunties managing man power. No facility other that two tea in office hrs.

Worst company I have ever come across in my lifetime. No job security and least salary. No value for employee. Total company managment run by Uncles and Aunties. Old system adapted for Operating finance and procurement . Even as department head I was asked to quit in one day notice period. Whereas I had just joined two months back and they asked me to quit saying lack in performance . In every industry all management gives min. 3month as probationary. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
