No long term projects No vision for long growth of the company, even after 15 years company still have 150-200 employees, Regular layoffs in projects, Higher management just focus on metrics didn't really know what's happening inside the project, Says it's employee centric but won't really focus on what employees wants Kaizen way ofdevelopment is good, but management consider more its like a competition rather concentrating about the improvement of project....Read More
