Nor do they get the same treatment as boys get. 3- You are targeted unnecessarily here. 4- There is no celebration of any kind here. The Sempertrans working culture is good and as the MNC company there is nothing any work load pressure, Yes I was on IT background and my manager is Based on UK based, therefore I felt good culture of work

Dislikes

Blue collar worker is more dominated over is there for doing culture program and activities.
