In Sempertrans India pvt Ltd, 1- No matter how much work you do here, you won't even get an appreciation. 2- Girls are taken just by name but there is no respect for them. Nor do they get the same treatment as boys get. 3- You are targeted unnecessarily here. 4- There is no celebration of any kind here. There is no activity here toencourage or motivate the employees. 5- The time of coming to the job is fixed but the time of leaving is not fixed. Lack of team work among the employee. More & more software programs to be introduce for timely complete the job & also will reduce duplication of works. Wastage to be minimize. L.d. to be watched closely. Debtors to be monitored hourly.
