Only good thing is that, in most of the cases, work location will be client location. So not to worry on the in-house culture.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

As they depend only on one customer (claimed to have many, which is not true), very low job security. Appraisal process and policies are not transparent and genuine. Revised quite often without any notice/communication. Salary structure is exaggerated and not that good compared to other competitors/service companies. Less scope forInnovation, skill development and trainings as this is a service based company and more importance is on customer billing....Read More
