Great learning opportunity, Management given openness to carry out the operation , various training and exposure for capacity development, opportunity to take lead in various initiatives, even top management asks feedback from the ground team.

Dislikes

Compensation and hike is same for all. Even though you perform well there is no recognition and hike will remain same along with the underperformers.
