Everything else is disliking. As far as tech is concerned I won't recommend anyone to join in. There is no planning before developing a product. They redo everything 2-3 times before the product is ready to be released. Every task is on high priority. Sometimes they force to work on holidays too. Tech Manager only looks towards his fav employees only. After doing all the best you can, manager is still not going to appraise because as per him this is expected from an employee.
