Professional environment, work freely, learning opportunity , scope of growth in the company, personnel growth, internal promotion first preference to the existing employees for promotion, positive environment, discipline within the organization, good infrastructure remote location, pollution free surrounding noise less surrounding friendly environment

Dislikes

If you are late comer, or negative thinker, no initiative of taking responsibility you will have dislikes anywhere you go, i take then this is wrong place for such people

Working with Sarvadnya is nice but job security is not at here.

Dislikes

They don't have knowledge of big projects so due to that lot's of issues happened such as material supply and handling customer.

There is no support from any design and technical team all I have to do single handed, I am working as a site Incharge in this company
