This company has strict salary deduction policies- if you late by a evern a minute,your salary is deducted,but salaries are always delayed until the 22nd-28th of the month, there is no overtime pay for extra work. Hr is unprofessional and has personal issues with many female employees,making the work environment uncomfortable.Most female employee do not like her behaviour.Office politics is at its peak and smoking and alcohol consumption happen inside the office,complaints are ignored. The company is facing huge losses,and every month 3-4 employees resign on speot Think twice before joining....Read More
