This is worst company to work for The CEO Mr.Senthil kumar, has no knowledge or experience in recruitment, yet he is running the company it's unclear how he manages it. There is an HR representative named Syed sujautheen who also lacks recruitment knowledge but frequently participants in all types of display poor management skills and treat employees poorly. This company requires employees to submit their original certificates and sign a two-year commitment. If employees do not complete two years, they withhold experiences certificate. They set unrealistic targets, such as 1 crore target even for junior employees, despite having only one client. Additionally, they limit access to Naukri profiles to just 15 per day, while mandating that employee submit 8 profiles daily. Exceeding the 15 profiles limit results in a salary deduction. If employee fail to achieve a constant two joiners per month, their salaries are withheld and may even be reduced (e.g.., from monthly CTC of 20k to 10k or 15k). Furthermore, the branch manager , Dharshini does not even know how to use Naukri effectively but still manages the team with the poor politics. Please think carefully before joining this company.
