Generally they try to retaind their good employees by engaging in different projects as per availability. A large NGO with a good fund size.

Dislikes

They keep employees only on contact basis for 1 year. No scope of promotion and salary hike depends on only funding agencies. They have no proper practice of policies especially HR Policy. No appraisal or evaluation process. No proper method of staff recognition and reward. Weak in Social Media Presence. Family members are involved highly in this organisation and in higher levels of management. Most of the board members are inactive. Secured a good fund size but growth of the organisation is not that much. It had the potential to work over the India in last 45 years. But they failed to grow this organisation though they have multiple corporate giants as funder....Read More
